Here is the old S-1 budget.  Among other things, I believe that I should
be deleted and probably John McCarthy as well (though Forest should
probably negotiate that).

Here are the rates for the SAIL computer facility for fiscal years 1980
(beginning 1 Sept. 1979) and 1981:
						   FY '80      FY '81
Point price (1% of computer)                        2,046       2,159

Assuming that you want a 15% pie-slice (about right) for FY '80, the cost
would be $30,690.
